Anne Lange is an entrepreneur and a sought-after C level business advisor with over 25 years of experience in technology innovation and public sector transformation. She is the founder and managing partner of Adara, a consulting company that provides senior-level advice in group/organization governance, including strategy process, transformational projects and governance improvement. Amazon, ATKearney, BearingPoint, Dubai2020 are among its clients. Anne is the cofounder and former CEO of Mentis Services, an IoT data intelligent software provider of urban space services, recently sold. She also serves on the executive board of Orange (French leading service provider), Pernod-Ricard (second largest wine and spirits company in the world), Econocom (Leading European provider of business to business digital services), Imprimerie Nationale (France's National Printing House).
Prior to this, Anne worked in diverse global executive functions with Cisco since 2004, based out of France and Silicon Valley. As a C-level executive, her engagements centered on adoption and innovation of technological, organizational and business processes to drive business transformation.
Anne's career began at the French Prime Minister's office as head of department for state-owned broadcasting companies until she joined Thomson, a high-tech champion, where she built up a new generation of consumer internet access devices. Ricard studied Telecommunications Engineering, holds an MBA (La Salle and Manhattan College of New York) and completed Venture Capital Executive Program at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley where he was mentored by Steve Blank and Jerry Engel on Lean Startup Methodologies.

Danny is an active business angel investor, President of the global angel investment group Keiretsu Forum’s Israeli Chapter, a Member of the Investment Committee at Club 100 Plus Angels Club; the largest Israeli business angel group. Danny is on the board of ParaZero Ltd. Australia (traded on the Australian Stock Exchange, the company designs and develops autonomous drone safety and civilian applications), and SmarterTV Ltd. (develops technology enabling the production of high-quality video coverage from live events, extremely narrow-band and video-over-IP dissemination of such video).
He served as a member of the Board of The Israel National Film Council, and Co-Founder and EVP at Orckit Communications, the world’s first company to offer world telecom companies with commercial ADSL modems (Verizon, Deutsche Telekom, France Telecom, Telefonica and more). Danny is the Founder and member of the Board at the DSL Forum, and Founder and CMO of Siliquent Technologies. He is also an enthusiastic glider pilot and Chairman & CEO of The Israel Aeroclub Gliding Association.
