Anne Lange is an entrepreneur and a sought-after C level business advisor with over 25 years of experience in technology innovation and public sector transformation. She is the founder and managing partner of Adara, a consulting company that provides senior-level advice in group and organizational governance, including strategy process, transformational projects and governance improvement that counts Amazon, ATKearney, BearingPoint, and Dubai2020 among its clients. She is the co-founder and former CEO of Mentis Services, an IoT data intelligence software provider of urban space services, and serves on the executive boards of Orange S.A. (telecommunications), Pernod-Ricard (wine and spirits), Econocom (business-to-business digital services), and Imprimerie Nationale (printing and publishing).
Previously she worked in various global roles with Cisco in France and Silicon Valley. As a C-level executive, her work focused on adoption and innovation of technological, organizational and business processes to drive business transformation.
Her career began at the Office of the Prime Minister in Paris as the department head for state-owned broadcasting companies. She then joined Thomson (now Thomson Reuters) where she built up a new generation of consumer internet access devices. She is a graduate of French Grandes Ecoles, including the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Science Po) and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA).

He went on to work with the Barcelona City Council on the 22@Barcelona initiative, implementing public policies, and later a Silicon Valley start-up, YouNoodle, as Head of Strategy and Growth, where he led open innovation and talent acquisition projects for large corporations in 7 countries.
He studied telecommunications engineering, holds an MBA (Manhattan College of New York), and completed the Venture Capital Executive Program at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, where he was mentored by Steve Blank and Jerry Engel on lean startup methodologies.
